He is a registered Patent and Design agent and in this capacity he has been advising his clients on the nuances of patent prosecution and IP enforcement in India as well as in other countries.

Dr. Sweta is a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and has over 20 years of experience in research, teaching, consulting and handling of IP matters. She has worked as an examiner, Patents & Design at Indian Patent Office, where she dealt and examined patent applications of various fields like Pharmaceuticals, drugs, chemicals, human necessities, biotechnological, immunological and biochemical inventions. She is also a registered patent and design agent. Sweta has two US patents on her name.

She utilizes her technical understanding of subject matter and IP laws to handle patent searching, drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications with ease. She is also involved in advising clients on the nuances of patent prosecution and IP enforcement in India as well as in other countries.
